"I hear an animal moaning and shrieking in pain as I walk down the street. I feel like I have been running for an hour, and this is the first street that I recognize, but the animal noises make me feel even more frightened than before. My best friend Andy lives on this street with her family. If I can make it there, I know I will be safe. I sneak past a couple of houses and the sounds are only getting louder.
